Timelapse video shows hidden beauty of Georgia [video]

The combination of more than 7,000 breathtaking images were knitted together to create a two-minute timelapse video that shows the hidden beauty of Georgia’s regions.

The video featured Georgia’s capital city Tbilisi as well as the Rabati medieval castle complex in south Georgia, the Uplistsikhe ancient rock-hewn town in eastern Georgia and other gorgeous locations in different parts of the post-Soviet country.

"I put all my heart and soul into these two minutes,” said the video’s creator Giorgi Shermazanashvili on his Facebook page.

"Thank you all my friends who supported me and were with me in cold, frozen, rainy and windy weather. Thank you all who encouraged me with saying even one word.”

"Thank you Gias Studia for your musical support. [I] hope you all will like it!” he wrote on his social media page.
