Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Garibashvili said he has plans to attend an annual meeting of the World Economic Forum starting January 22 in the Swiss resort village of Davos.
Garibashvili will explain Georgias economic policies and growth strategies in front of political and business leaders of the world.
"I will lead the Georgian delegation to Davos. It is also planned to the visit of the representatives of Georgian business companies but the names of them have not defined yet, Garibashvili said.
The annual World Economic Forum is the meeting venue where business leaders and politicians gather each year in Davos, Switzerland, to size up the challenges facing the global economy.
The World Economic Forums 2014 theme focuses on The Reshaping of the World: Consequences for Politics, Business, and Society. Programming aims to develop the insights, initiatives, and actions necessary to respond to current and emerging challenges.
