The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia reports it has been involved in intense cooperation with British law enforcers in order to identify an individual named Jack Shepherd in Georgia who faces trial for murdering a woman in the United Kingdom.

Georgian and English law enforcers have engaged in intense cooperation to identify the aforementioned person in Georgia and conduct relevant legal measures afterwards”, the MIA said in its statement.

The BBC writes that Jack Shepherd, who killed a woman named Charlotte Brown in a speedboat crash on the River Thames in London, has been in Georgia since March.
