A category 4 storm has hit the Black Sea coast with waves reach a height of three meters.

The Emergency Management Service has placed red flags across the shore at all lifeguard stations meaning that a temporary ban on swimming in the sea has been put into effect.

The ban will be in force until September 16 and swimming in the sea will be allowed only in case the red flags are replaced with white ones across the shore of the Black Sea.
