A historic building located on Shalva Dadiani N34 in old Tbilisi has been completely renovated, announces Tbilisi City Hall.
The building, built in the middle of the 19ty century, is famous for its blue balcony and attracts many visitors of Tbilisi.
I am very glad that this building has been completely rehabilitated. All research has been conducted to maintain the old face of the building, which is historically known in Tbilisi. Such buildings are treasures of our city and we need to take care of them”, said Mayor of Tbilisi Kakha Kaladze.

Kaladze also announced the rehabilitation of Leselidze street which is one of the most visited touristic sights in Tbilisi and which leads people from Freedom Square to Meidani Square.
A total of 1,341,000 GEL was allocated from the Tbilisi city budget for renovating Dadiani N34 building.
