Joint military training revived after 10 years

Georgian military personnel have gone through joint training at the Vaziani air field with US instructors.
It was the first joint training with the participation of the various groups of Georgian Armed Forces and the State Security Service since 2007.

The four-day training aimed at strengthening the capacity of the two law enforcement agencies and improvement of coordination between their structural units.

In particular, the special tasks group carried out reconnaissance service around the Vaziani air field, the rangers occupied the surrounding territory, while the special operational and the counter-terrorism groups attacked the building and defeated the virtual enemy.
