Georgia-Ukraine sign deal to control medicine quality

Georgian and Ukrainian health bodies have agreed to jointly control the quality of medicines.

The agreement was signed today by the deputy head of Georgia’s State Regulation Agency for Medical Activities Teimuraz Pirvelashvili and Ukraine’s Ambassador to Georgia Igor Dolgov.

The ambassador signed the deal on behalf of Ukraine’s Medicine and Drug Control State Agency.

The document aims to strengthen quality control of medicines, exchange of information and sharing experience in the field.
