Georgia’s Vice Prime Minister, Foreign Minister Mikheil Janelidze met with the Armenian Foreign Minister Eduard Nalbandyan during his working visit to neighbouring Armenia today.
Janelidze thanked Nalbandyan for the support Armenia had shown Georgia during the forest fire in Georgia’s Borjomi Gorge this summer. Armenia was among the several countries who sent firemen and fire engines to help.
The parties also discussed issues of bilateral and regional cooperation, especially in trade and economy, transport, energy, tourism, culture and other directions.
