Georgia’s air market is growing, welcoming new players and offering new flight directions.

Turkish airline, Rey Airlines, initiated its desire to establish an air base at Batumi International Airport on Georgia's west coast.

To achieve this, representatives of Rey Airlines have already started negotiations with Georgian aviation and tourism authorities, announced TAV Georgia, which operates the airports.

If the negotiations end successfully Rey Airlines will perform flights to different directions under the Georgian flag from Batumi International Airport.
