Georgian Foreign Minister Ilia Darchiashvili on Thursday sent his condolences on the death of 15 servicemembers following a fire in a military unit in Armenia.
“My sincere condolences to the government and people of Armenia, as well as to the families of the 15 servicemen who lost their lives as a result of a horrible fire accident today. Wishes for a speedy recovery to the injured”, the top Georgian diplomat said.

The fire broke out in a facility of one of the military units of the Armenian armed forces on Thursday, killing 15 and injuring 3.
Reports said failure in following safety regulations had caused the blaze in the incident.
