Georgian PM, North Macedonian FM review OSCE cooperation, EU integration

Georgia’s cooperation with the Chair country of the Organisation for Security and Co-operation in Europe and the progress achieved by the former in its European integration were discussed on Tuesday in a meeting between the Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Garibashvili and Bujar Osmani, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of North Macedonia. 

The officials expressed their willingness to deepen the existing “fruitful” cooperation between the two countries, the Government Administration said. 

 

The meeting also focused on the situation in the Russian-occupied territories of Georgia, with Garibashvili thanking the visiting official for supporting the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Georgia.

 

He also welcomed the “important priorities” announced by the North Macedonian Government during the OSCE Chairmanship of the country.
