Tea Akhvlediani, Georgia’s State Minister for Reconciliation and Civic Equality, on Friday highlighted results achieved in the state policy for civic equality and integration in her comments on the implementation of the related 2021-2030 Action Plan.
Akhvlediani was speaking at a meeting with the National Council of Minorities of the Public Defender, and reviewed the vision, goals and objectives of civic equality and integration policy of her office. She also noted existing challenges and future plans regarding the implemented activities, the State Minister’s press office said.
The official also said her office was in “regular cooperation” with the National Council of Minorities, noting the presentation of annual report aimed to ensure “active involvement” of the member organisations of the Council in the process of effective implementation of the state policy.
A discussion within the meeting also involved the participating sides discussing the implemented activities and existing challenges.
