Rescuers save lost 4-year-old in eastern Mtskheta municipality

Rescuers have saved a four-year-old child who had become lost in the village of Misaktsieli in eastern Georgia’s Mtskheta municipality, the Emergency Management Service said on Friday.

The Service said rescuers had found the boy about 1.5 km away from his house, near an irrigation canal, and returned him to his family.

The release also said the child’s life was not in danger.
