Prime Minister of Georgia Irakli Garibashvili and the CEO of Vitol, the Dutch energy and commodity trading company, met on Monday at the Qatar Economic Forum to discuss long-term cooperation prospects, the Government Administration announced.
Garibashvili and CEO of Vitol focused on Georgia’s role as a reliable partner in international shipping, while also noting the position of Vitol as the world's largest independent energy trading company investing in renewable energy projects around the world.
As part of the visit to Doha, the Georgian PM is also scheduled to address the audience of a panel discussion of the venue and hold bilateral high-level meetings.
