Georgia’s Reforms Associates (GRASS) will deploy mobile vaccination ambulatories in Kvemo Kartli municipalities of Dmanisi and Marneuli within the project COVID-19: Civil Society Resilience and Sustainability.

EU-funded project is being implemented by IREX Europe and Human Rights House Tbilisi.

Georgia’s Reforms Associates has trained 10 representatives of the local youth, informing them about the COVID-19 vaccination process and the vaccine-related disinformation. Conducting door-to-door canvassing on November 15-17, young volunteers delivered information about the vaccination to the citizens living in the villages of Shaumiani, Akhkula and Khikhani in the Marneuli municipality, and Amamlo and Bezaklo in the Dmanisi municipality”, reads the statement of European Union to Georgia.

On November 18, mobile vaccination sites will be set up I the villages of Shaumiani and Amamlo, where locals will have the opportunity to get vaccinated against COVID-19.
