Georgian judokas have made history by becoming the winners of the under-23 European team championship after defeating their Russian competitors in Budapest, Hungary.
The Georgian team has handed a defeat to Russia 4 to 2 yesterday bringing the first victory to their country as a team.

In their individual competitions the young Georgian judokas have grabbed a total of eight medals, including two gold, three silver and three bronze.
The Hungarian capital of Budapest hosted 87 competitors – 45 men and 42 women – from eight countries on November 7.
