Estonian Defence Minister Kalle Laanet has discussed the future cooperation of Georgia and Estonia in the field of defence with Commander of the Georgian Guard Colonel Roman Jokhadze and Deputy Minister of Defence Davit Sujashvili.
The meeting focused on instructor training and leadership courses led by Estonian instructors and the National Guard of Georgia.
Jokhadze thanked Estonia for its contribution and support for the development of the National Guard of Georgia.
Laanet is paying a two-day visit to Georgia.
During his visit Laanet and the Estonian delegation will visit the NATO-Georgia Joint Training and Evaluation Center (JTEC) and the Cyber Security Bureau of the Ministry of Defence of Georgia.
