MEP Viola Von Cramon has stated while debating the European Parliament’s resolution on Russian aggression in Ukraine, Moldova and Georgia that the EU should not be naive when it comes to the Russian government and ‘Putin’s regime.’
We @Europarl_EN debate a very strong resolution on the #Kremlin's aggression against ????????#Ukraine, ????????#Czechia but also ????????,???????? & most importantly - against people of #Russia.

Cramon criticised Russian President Putin’s recent statement that Russia is frequently attacked without reason, noting that Putin made the statement at a time when 150,000 Russian troops had been built up at Ukraine’s borders and when locals living in Ukrainian, Georgian and Modovan occupied regions ‘are being forced to take Russian passports.’
Cramon stated that ‘there are many reasons’ to impose sanctions against Russia.
