Police have detained vice-president of Rugby Union Merab Beselia for injuring rugby player Ramaz Kharazishvili earlier today.
The wounded person has been transferred to the hospital, where he is undergoing respective medical treatment. His life is no longer in danger”, the Georgian Interior Ministry wrote.

The Interior Ministry also reported that Beselia, who fired at Kharazishvili ‘on the basis of conflict’ was detained by Vake-Saburtalo police division.
Ramaz Kharazishvili, a member of the Georgian Rugby Union, has been injured in a shooting in the building of the Rugby Union earlier today.
