Georgian library opens in Qatar University

A Georgian library was opened in the University of Qatar, reports Giorgi Kekelidze, the Director of the National Parliamentary Library of Georgia.
Kekelidze mentioned that hundreds of Georgian and English-language books and publications about Georgia will be available at the library.
Book lovers in Qatar will be able to read publications on Georgian culture and heritage, as well as dictionaries and Georgian narratives in Arabic.
The Embassy of Georgia to Qatar has already donated over 70 books to the library of Qatar University, including books on Georgian heritage, cuisine, diplomacy and dictionaries.
A collection of Arabic-language works by popular Georgian writer Nodar Dumbadze have been presented at the 30th Doha International Book Fair, reports the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Georgia.
