A new sculpture by Georgian contemporary artist Vazha Mikaberidze, better known as Prasto, has been unveiled on First Republic Square of Tbilisi.
The egg-shaped sculpture, titled N’Uovo, is an abstract composition. N’uovo is a play on words using the Italian words for ‘new’ and ‘egg’, which symbolizes prosperity, novelty and productivity.
The location of the statue is the fountain on First Republic Square. The five-meter statue spins as the wind blows.
N’Uovo was made in Italy and donated to the Tbilisi City Hall.
