Hungarian low-cost airline Wizz Air is adding new routes from Georgia’s Kutaisi International Airport to the city of Bologna, Italy and Nice, France.
Starting November 23, Wizz Air will offer flights on the route Kutaisi-Bologna-Kutaisi two times a week.
From December 12, it will offer flights between Kutaisi and Nice twice a week.
Wizz Air was granted permission to operate from Kutaisi to Bologna and Nice by GCAA on October 25.
Flights will be carried out by Airbus A320 and A321 aircrafts.
Kutaisi Airport has added two new direct flight destinations – Tallinn, the capital city of Estonia and Brussels, the capital city of Belgium.
The Italian city of Bologna and the German city of Cologne will soon be added as two new destinations offered by Hungarian lowcoster Wizz Air operating from Kutaisi International Airport.

Hungarian low-cost airline Wizz Air will add new routes from Georgia’s Kutaisi International Airport to 12 cities, announces the Ministry of Economy of Georgia. Georgian Economy Minister Natia Turnava said that several months of intense negotiations had been successfully completed and “we have signed an agreement with Wizz Air today”.
