The Georgian capital of Tbilisi has a brand new shopping and entertainment centre in the Saburtalo district.
Attending the opening of City Mall Saburtalo yesterday, Tbilisi Mayor Kakha Kaladze said such projects are of the utmost importance for the economic development of the country and the creation of new jobs.

Economy Minister Natia Turnava also said that the City Mall Saburtalo has been supported by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD).
The modern, energy efficient shopping mall is located on 120,000 sqm. and offers a two-level parking lot for 1,500 cars.
With 210 million GEL (about $71 mln/€64 mln) in investments and 3,500 employees, City Mall Saburtalo unites over 200 shops, cafes, restaurants, bowling centres and the country’s largest cinema.
