Several important delegations from the United Arab Emirates will visit Georgia to explore new investment opportunities, Georgia’s Minister of Economy Dimitry Kumsishvili has announced.
Kumsishvili participated in a meeting held yesterday between the President of Georgia Giorgi Margvelashvili and Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi Sheikh Mohamed bin Zaid al Nahyan.
Kumsishvili thanked Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan for the assistance he promised to Georgia in various fields such as assisting Georgia sign a free trade agreement with the Gulf countries. Also, the sides considered the possibility of offering Georgian wine to tourists visiting the United Arab Emirates.
The officials also discussed the opportunity of selling Georgian products in various supermarkets and hypermarkets in the United Arab Emirates.
