Marjanishvili State Drama Theater, one of the oldest and most important theatrical groups in Georgia, is performing William Shakespeare's classic As You Like It at the Cervantino International Festival – one of the most important artistic and cultural events in Mexico and all of Latin America.
The premiere of this staging by director Levan Tsuladze and adapted by Lasha Bugadze took place on the stage of Shakespeare's Globe in London in 2012.
Marjanishvili Drama State Theater was created in 1928 by stage director Kote Marjanishvili.
The Marjanishvili Drama State Theater is performing from 17 to 21 October at the festival.
