Hundreds of children in Georgia’s western town of Martvili will soon be the beneficiaries of a modern, well-equipped athletics school.
The Children’s Football Academy has opened today in Martvili, offering activities and training for 180 children this year.

Georgia’s Ministries of Sport and Infrastructure, Football Federation and the local municipality were all involved in the opening of the Football Academy in Martvili.
At the opening ceremony today, the Children’s Football Academy of Martvili and Tbilisi’s football club Dinamo signed a Memorandum of Cooperation (MoC).

Per the MoC six groups comprised of 8-13 year-old children will be trained at the Academy.
Children will be trained following the Dinamo program and the training courses will be free of charge.
