US company Hillwood interested in Georgia’s logistics potential

Hillwood, a United States’ real estate investment and development company, is interested in Georgia’s logistics potential.

Georgia’s Prime Minister Giorgi Kvirikashvili introduced the country’s logistic potential and developments in this field to the head of Hillwood, Henry Ross Perot, at a meeting arranged at the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland.

The Georgian PM highlighted Georgia’s favourable location and its transit potential as well as the importance of American companies’ involvement in transit corridors across the country.

Kvirikashvili stated that transforming Georgia into the logistic hub of the region is one of the most important priorities of the Georgian government.

Also, Kvirikashvili talked about the favourable investment environment Georgia has and the democratic reforms the country has implemented. He mentioned Georgia’s leading positions in international rankings as well, which in his words is a result of constant reforms and development.
