Viral video shows two men snowboarding in Batumi streets (VIDEO)

A historic snow storm saw more than one metre of snow cover western Georgia’s Black Sea coastal city Batumi yesterday.

It was one of the highest snowfalls in the city’s recent history and the extreme weather prompted several locals to explore creative ways to enjoy the outdoors.

Two young men mimicked the actions of a New Yorker and took advantage of the almost empty streets by snowboarding throughout the city.
