Tbilisi City Hall will soon offer improved and renewed municipal services in a renovated space to ensure Georgian citizens can access the best public services.
With the changes Tbilisi City Hall staff will work six days a week, including Saturdays to make sure all the needs of citizens are timely satisfied.
Thanks to the new citizen service centre, which was due to open next month, Tbilisi locals will get complete and qualified consultations in every district of the city. Furthermore, the service will be available electronically so people can go online and get all information without leaving their homes.
This is a very important project that aims to improve the service for our citizens. The space will be completely adapted for people with disabilities. This project will make the service faster and more effective,” said Tbilisi Mayor David Narmania.
The works to improve the service centre started this month.
While the works are underway, the service centre has temporarily changed address. For the next short while citizens can receive municipal services at 72 Kostava St but once the service centre was renovated, people will still be able to address the main office of Tbilisi City Hall located at 7 Shartava St.
