Georgia glass manufacturer will export 25 million bottles to Italy

Local glass manufacturer Mina is looking to conquer Italian market and export 13 different types of glass production, totaling 25 million bottles.

For this purpose a group of experts arrived from Italy to Georgia to control the Georgian glass quality and monitor its production process.

The experts from Italian company Societa di Santa Aerallba visited the Mina factory in Ksani today together with Georgia’s Deputy Economy Minister Ketevan Bochorishvili.

The sides officially signed a cooperation agreement today.

Societa di Santa Aerallba, a company involved in producing clean drinking water in Italy, will get several colour, shape and material bottles from Georgian Mina.

Meanwhile, Mina’s production was also exported to Turkey and Azerbaijan.

Mina was producing more than 60 tonnes of production for export markets.
