A Georgian delegation is visiting Serbia to take part in an international session dedicated to developing new technologies among the modern society.
Discussions are being held at the 44th session of the committee of Economical, Trade, Environmental and Technological issues of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation (PABSEC). The session opened today in Belgrade, the capital of Serbia.
The organisation’s 12 member countries including Georgia attended the 44th session.
The Georgian delegation was led by Parliamentary majority leader Davit Sganelidze, who is also the current Vice-President of PABSEC.
At the meeting, committee members discussed issues about introducing new technologies into the everyday life of modern society.
Saganelidze told the session participants how Georgia tried to support the development of new technologies in his home country. In this respect, he presented Georgia’s strategy and spoke about a number of important achievements of Georgia.
From this, committee members have drawn out several recommendations, which will be discussed at the following session.
