A Georgian man has the strongest arm in the world, and another Georgian has the second most powerful arm.

Two Georgian men came face-to-face in the final of the heavy-weight World Arm Wrestling Championship in Malaysia this week, with winner Genadi Kvikvinia being dubbed as having the strongest arm in the world.

The two men were part of a Georgian team who competed in the 2015 World Arm Wrestling Championships in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia from September 27 to October 3.

The Georgian athletes won an astounding 44 medals in the eight-day competition.

The athletes won 15 gold, 20 silver and 9 bronze medals in different weight categories in both right and left arm competitions.

In the heavy-weight category, which is considered to be the most prestigious category of the sport, both finalists were Georgians.

Overall in the team competition Georgia ranked third among 52 participating nations.
