British company eager to invest in Georgia

An international business consultancy and financier company is interested in investing in Georgia.

London-based Global Project Capital Limited (GPC) aimed to provide comprehensive project funding solutions to help enable investments in Georgia.

The announcement came following a meeting between GPC representatives and Georgian Government officials, including deputy Minister of Regional Development and Infrastructure Giorgi Solomonia and other representatives of state-owned business companies.

The GPC representatives said they were interested in investing in the country’s infrastructure sector and were keen to implement new technologies.

The Georgian side provided the potential investors with essential information about projected road infrastructure as well as water supply and waste management projects.

According to the company website, GPC distinguished itself by "providing expert access to the most advanced financing products and source unique funding solutions through major banks and capital markets providing funding for challenging situations”.
