PM Garibashvili expresses sorrow over terrorist attack in Volgograd

Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Garibashvili is deeply concerned about the terrorist attack at the railway station in Volgograd Russia and expresses his sorrow over the incident.

Irakli Garibashvili expressed his condolences to the Russian people and stressed that the Georgian government condemns terrorism.

"We are very sad and concerned about the terrorist attack at the railway station in Volgograd which has victimized dozens of innocent human lifes. I express my condolences to the Russian people for the shocking terrorism. The Georgian government condemns terrorism which has no nationality, nor boundaries, and is ready to fight against terrorism with the entire progressive world as against the most dangerous phenomenon of the 21th century, reads the statement of PM Garibashvili.

According to the most recent information, as a result of the terrorist attack at the Volgograd railway station, 15 people have died and 35 are injured. The explosion occurred at 12:45. As the Russian National Anti-Terrorist Committee stated, the bomb was used by a female suicide bomber.
