Minister of Refugees and Accommodation meets Deputy Head of EU delegation

Georgian Minister of Refugees and Accommodation (MRA) David Darakhvelidze held a meeting with the Deputy Head of EU delegation Dominique Porter in Gene.

According to the Ministry, the sides discussed ongoing projects IDPs III and IDPs IV, which are being carried out within the frames of Georgia- EU agreement, also the sources of income for internally displaced people and prospects of technical assistance of the Ministry.

Dominique Porter underlined the importance of Georgias steps taken forward on the path of democratic development. He gave a high evaluation to the initialing of the Georgia-EU Association Agreement and noted that it is the result of the cooperation between Georgia and EU.

Deputy Minister Nino Chavchavadze, Georgias Permanent Representative in UN departments, other international organizations in Gene, Shalva Tsiskarishvili and head of foreign relations department of MRA also attended the meeting.
