Russian border guards installed banners designating the so-called border of South Ossetia along the Dvani perimeter. Six weeks ago, Russian occupants were having border-demarcation works there and now green and white colored banners are set up.

The banners are in English and Georgian on one side and in Russian and Ossetian on another side. They say that the indicated territory is the so-called State border of South Ossetia.

Around 6 banners were installed along the wires in the village of village Dvani. The locals say they wont be able to move on this territory any more. They presume that important parts of their farmlands are left on the other side of the banners.

Russian occupants appeared with special hardware yesterday evening and carried out grading works on this territory.
