Tbilisi Mayor Gigi Ugulava visits Italy

According to the statement of the Tbilisi City Hall, Mayor Gigi Ugulava started his three days visit in Italy.

The Mayor already met with the members of the European Olympic Committee and delivered a speech at the annual assembly. For the heads of Olympic Committee from 49 European countries, Ugulava presented the agenda for planned and already implemented projects for the European Youth Olympic Festival 2015 which will be held in Tbilisi.  

The assembly was attended by the Georgian delegation composed of five members. The members of the delegation presented the construction projects for the Olympic Villages and Sport infrastructures.  

Meetings with the representatives of European Youth Olympic Committee were also held in the framework of the visit where the action plan for the current year was developed. The meeting was also attended by the president of the European Olympic Committee, Patrick Hickey.
