Mariam Gogatishvili, representing Georgia’s western region of Racha and the village of Gadishi, highlighted the importance of being able to present traditional dishes from the locality to visitors of a major event, saying the support from the Government also meant the authentic Racha cuisine could be introduced beyond the country’s borders.
