Bild: “5 tips for real sun bargains in 2023”

German magazine Bild has published its list of five “bargain” travel destinations for the spring and summer seasons, with Georgia listed alongside Spain, Cape Verde, Croatia and Albania.

“The territory of Georgia is the size of Bavaria, and the population is equal to Berlin’s. You should visit Georgia, not only because it was the host of the ITB Berlin, a major tourism exhibition this year,” the travel advice said.

The authors of the selection also told readers about hotel and direct flight options from Munich and Düsseldorf in their highlight of Georgia as being “particularly attractive” for German tourists.

Georgia’s selection comes from the German magazine with over 5.5 million followers on its social media.
