Georgian fashion designer Demna Gvasalia's Paris-based label is relaunching its collection that caused unprecedented popularity two years ago, reports The Guardian.

The hugely popular response to Gvasalia's 2014 collection of his Vetements brand was a major factor in his 2015 appointment as creative director of Balenciaga, a famous fashion house based in Paris.

Now Vetements, for which Gvasalia still works, is relaunching its line of creatively designed clothing.

The Guardian's Morwenna Ferrier described the label's line as having its own approach to fashion.

[The 2014 line] was a collection of everyday pieces mutated in a bid to put a subversive spin on the ordinary.”

The Guardian website piece also spoke about the effect of Vetements, a group of semi-anonymous designers led by Gvasalia, on the rise of the Georgian designer’s growing career.

Gvasalia’s label was so widely lauded that soon after Vetements launched, he was given artistic directorship of Balenciaga, one of the most famous luxury labels in the industry," wrote Ferrier.
