Unique flavors of meals, ancient methods of winemaking and national food tradition are part of Georgian culture.

The uniqueness of Georgian traditional called "Supra”, sweet memories and expressions of author was highlighted in the Karen Shimizu’s article published on the website of culinary-travel magazine Saveur.

Author personally traveled through the country and expressed his emotion toward traditions and culinary of Georgia.

On that weeklong visit I fell in love with Georgia. I swooned over its dramatic landscape. Though just the size of West Virginia, as it stretches from the Black Sea in the west almost to the Caspian Sea in the east, it traverses everything from Alpine mountains to deserts to subtropical citrus groves.
