Georgian police have arrested 10 individuals, including foreign citizens, for illegal drug-dealing in Tbilisi and other regions of the country.
The arrests were made following a court order, with Teimuraz Kupatadze, the head of the Central Criminal Police Department, telling local media on Thursday the number of arrested individuals was expected to double in the ongoing operation.
The Department head also said police officers had seized “especially large amounts” of drugs during the arrests.
