Georgian law enforcers have detained an Iranian citizen, identified only as M.D., for the purchase, possession and sale of drugs.
Police found that the Iranian citizen, who resided in Tbilisi, sold drugs on a regular basis.
As a result of a search of the suspect’s truck, 1,171 pills of Methadone hidden in salt bags were seized by police officers.
The crime is punishable by eight to 20 years in prison or life imprisonment.
