A total of 29,362 university applicants of 38,300 registered have passed the United National Exams, the common national exams for higher education.
The National Assessment and Examination Centre (NAEC) of Georgia has released the results of the exams today, saying that 6,500 top university applicants have received full or partial state scholarships.
The most popular programs among the applicants were business administration, psychology, law, medicine, graphic design, veterinary health and computer science.
Twenty university entrance exam takers have tested positive for coronavirus in Georgia, Head of the National Examination and Assessment Centre Sopo Gorgodze said today.
A total of 24 inmates have registered for the country’s university entrance exams this year, says the Special Penitentiary Service of Georgia.
More than 39,300 students have registered for the country’s university entrance test, the Unified National Exams, says the National Assessment and Examinations Center (NAEC). In addition, more than 12,600 candidates have registered for the Unified Master’s Exams.
One applicant who took a university entrance exam on July 7 has tested positive for the coronavirus, head of Georgia’s National Centre for Disease Control Amiran Gamkrelidze confirmed earlier today.
Twenty-five inmates at Georgian penitentiary facilities, including six minors, have registered for the country’s ongoing university entrance exams, the Special Penitentiary Service of Georgia said on Monday.
