24 inmates take Unified National Exams this year in Georgia

A total of 24 inmates have registered for the country’s university entrance exams this year, says the Special Penitentiary Service of Georgia.

Inmates in various penitentiary institutions are taking part in the Unified National Exams to gain Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees.

National exams for university entrants started on July 1 and will end on July 25 throughout the country.

All individuals taking exams have to wear face masks and undergo thermal screening.
