Leftover municipal budget funds from 2019 to go towards local projects

Various projects will be financed in Georgian municipalities by funds not used in 2019, says the Ministry of Infrastructure.

In Gori municipality, remaining funds worth 351,833 GEL ($122,885/€113,458) will be used for the reconstruction of green lines and parks, as well as for the construction of a water supply system for water fountains.

Also, road infrastructure will be reconstructed in the village of Kvauti, Senaki municipality. The project will be financed by 54,662 GEL ($19,092/€17,627). Reconstruction of the local road is planned in the village of Tsikhisdziri, Mtskheta municipality. The project will be financed with 28,711 GEL ($10,028/€9,259).

Meanwhile, the reconstruction of the central stadium will be completed in Vani municipality. 127,488 GEL ($44,527/€41,112) has been allocated for the project.

Reconstruction of a kindergarten roof will be financed in the administrative unit of Pirveli Maisi in Khobi municipality. 90,676 GEL ($31,671/€29,241) is allocated for the project. Also, 35,545 GEL ($12,415/€11,462) will be spent to reconstruct the courtyard of the kindergarten in the village of Koreti in Sachkhere municipality.
