The Georgian capital of Tbilisi is hosting the 8th Ordinary Session of the Euronest Parliamentary Assembly (PA) on December 8-10.
During the three days in Tbilisi, members of European Parliament (MEPs) and five Eastern Partnership (EaP) countries - Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, the Republic of Moldova and Ukraine - will be discussing a number of issues of joint interest.

Summing up the first day of the PA, Georgian parliament member Roman Kakulia said that hosting Euronest’s gathering in Tbilisi, "is a serious message", which will positively affect on Georgia's European perspectives.
Fellow MP Guguli Magradze said the participants of the assembly unanimously admitted that Georgia is the frontrunner among the EaP countries.

The EuroNest Parliamentary Assembly is composed of 110 parliamentarians from around the globe, including 60 MEPs and a total of 50 MPs from the national parliaments of the five EaP countries, expect from Belarus.
