Georgia’s national rugby team has defeated Russia in the Rugby Europe championship to become the victor of the competition. The Georgian ‘Lelos’ handed a defeat to Russia 22 to 6 in the Russian city of Krasnodar today.

Lelos’ rival to be announced soon
The Russian national rugby team will not come to Tbilisi for the match against the Georgian Lelos that was scheduled for August 27. The Russian Rugby Federation announced yesterday that they “deeply appreciate” partnership between the Russian and Georgian national teams.
