Georgian Parliament Speaker Irakli Kobakhidze stated today that Russian propaganda is "alarming and certain measures are needed to prevent such risks.”
Kobakhidze made the statement during a ceremony dedicated to WWII victory day.
The Georgian government is actively working, with our foreign partners among them, to prevent risks related to Russian propaganda.
Defending our national interests is of the highest importance for us, when we have two of our regions occupied by Russia. Russian propaganda is absolutely unacceptable for me,”Kobakhidze said.
Kobakhidze stated that Georgia is striving for integration into EU and NATO and to reintegrate its occupied territories.
