Georgia exports 23,720 tonnes of mandarins this year

Georgia has exported 23,720 tonnes of mandarins this year as of December 24, 2018, announces Georgia’s Ministry of Agriculture and Environment Protection.

To compare, in the same period of last year, 18,250 tonnes of mandarine were exported from Georgia.

Georgian mandarins were mainly exported to:

  • Russia: 15,240 tonnes
  • Ukraine: 5,28 tonnes
  • Armenia: 2,578 tonnes
  • Kazakhstan: 138 tonnes
  • Uzbekistan: 261 tonnes
  • Belarus: 120 tonnes
  • Kyrgyzstan: 60 tonnes
  • Latvia: 40 tonnes

The price of mandarins varies from 0.40 GEL to 0.70 GEL.
